When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.

This refund policy applies to digital licenses sold on overwatchcheats.org — not third-party resellers or chargeback claims filed without opening a ticket.
We cannot refund account bans in Overwatch 2. Maintenance and patch rebuilds while your plan is active are included; read Status after major updates.
